In accordance with Washington State RCW 39.80: Contracts for The scope of these contracts is to provide General A&E services to support a variety of Port programs. These contracts will primarily require civil, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical engineering; environmental, planning and economics; Industrial Wastewater and land use. Proposals must be received before 2:00 pm (PDT), May 31, 2021.
